Electric Smoker

The SC-300, the only electric smoker, is our smallest model.  It is completely electric and is equipped with woodchip boxes for imparting your genuine smoke flavors.

Gas Smokers

Our gas smokers are our most popular smokers.  They operate with natural or LP gas and have a firebox that can accommodate 1-3 fireplace sized logs for your smoke profile.

Mobile Smokers

Ideal for mobile kitchens, commercial catering, and competition barbecue teams, our mobile series allows you to cook and serve identical quality product at remote locations.
